This patient presented for cosmetic eyelid surgery to correct her “tired” looking upper eyelids. The excess skin on her upper lids gave her a tired appearance. Notice the bright, refreshed, and well-rested appearance of her eyes after upper eyelid blepharoplasty. The patient was very pleased with her result.
