This patient came to the office seeking facial rejuvenation. The patient’s career keeps her very busy and she sought a minimally invasive method to gain results without the downtime associated with a facelift. The patient understood that although fat grafting would not provide tightening of sagging neck skin, that it would provide her with the overall facial rejuvenation she sought. The patient lacked volume in the under eye area resulting in a hollowed appearance. The patient’s cheeks and cheek bones appeared flattened and sunken giving the patient a tired appearance. There was also the appearance of smile lines and lack of volume around the patient’s mouth. Facial fat grafting was used to address all the above areas of concern.
