This patient presented for correction of her double chin and sagging skin in her lower face and neck. The patient underwent lower facelift/necklift with neck liposuction. Facial and neck liposuction removed excess fatty deposits in the neck and cheek areas to provide a more slender appearance. Lower facelift/necklift tightened the cheek, jawline and neck areas giving the patient a very pleasing result.
