This patient sought Philadelphia Facial Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Anthony Corrado, for facial rejuvenation. The patient sought correction of marked facial and neck laxity. The patient was unhappy with the sagging skin in the lower face and neck. She sought facial rejuvenation to look as young as she feels. The patient underwent extended face and necklift with platysmaplasty. Postoperatively notice the marked improvement in the patient’s neck and face, as well as the overall improvement in appearance.
