The patient presented to our office with complaints of early facial aging and neck heaviness. The displayed moderate jowling and fullness in the neck region. The patient sought a trimmer neck silhouette and a tighter jawline. The patient underwent Mini Facelift surgery combined with facial and neck liposuction for correction. Postoperatively, notice the patient’s refined jawline and slimmer neck. She was very pleased with her results.
