- Facelift/Mini-Facelift
The patient presented for a revision facelift. The patient had prior facelift surgery with another surgeon in the past. She was unhappy with the continued facial and neck skin laxity, and the presence of neck “banding”. The patient was also unhappy with the misplaced incisional scar from her prior facelift surgery. Notice it is placed well ahead of the ear, causing it to be readily visible. The patient underwent Mini Facelift surgery for correction. Postoperatively, notice the correction of the skin laxity and neck banding. Also, the procedure was performed with a post-tragal incision which allows the incisional scar to be well camouflaged. The patient was very pleased with her results.
