This lovely young woman presented for rhinoplasty surgery to correct a dorsal hump, as well as a ptotic tip (“droopy”). Following surgery, the patient achieved a smooth appearance to her nasal dorsum. The “droopy” tip was also lifted to achieve a more aesthetically pleasing appearance. The patient was very happy with her results.
