This patient consulted with Dr. Anthony Corrado, top Philadelphia Facial Plastic Surgeon, to cosmetically improve some nasal deformities. In particular, the patient was looking to reduce the dorsal hump and correct his ptotic (“droopy”) tip. A common preference of male patients is subtle refinement of their natural features as there is often a concern for a “feminine” looking nose. Fortunately, one of Dr. Corrado’s distinguishing qualities is his ability to create intricate changes while maintaining subtlety and simplicity in the result.
