This young woman underwent septoplasty, inferior turbinate reduction, and cosmetic open rhinoplasty. The patient was unhappy cosmetically with her prominent dorsal hump, hanging nasal tip, and the bulbous character of the nasal tip. She also complained of difficulty breathing through her nose. Postoperatively, the patient was very happy her new refined nose which was in excellent harmony with the rest of her facial features. The nasal tip was reduced, and also rotated up. The bridge was narrowed, and the dorsal hump reduced. The septoplasty and turbinate reduction restored function to her nasal airway. She was delighted to be able to breath freely through her nose.
