This patient had septoplasty and rhinoplasty surgery with South Jersey facial plastic surgeon, Dr. Anthony Corrado. From a cosmetic standpoint, the patient complained of a large dorsal hump, wide bridge, and bulbous tip. From a functional standpoint, the patient complained of chronic nasal obstruction. Following surgery, the dorsal hump was removed. The patient achieved a smooth bridge which maintained a masculine appearance. The nasal bridge was also conservatively narrowed to be in better balance with the rest of the nose. Last, the patient achieved tip refinement which resulted in a better appearance, while also maintaining the masculine appearance of his nose. The patient was very pleased with his results.
