This patient presented for cosmetic rhinoplasty consultation. The patient was unhappy with a large dorsal hump (bump on nasal bridge), as well as the crooked appearance of the nose. The patient also sought to have correction of nasal tip irregularities. The patient underwent rhinoplasty surgery with top Philadelphia facial plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Corrado. Following surgery, the patient’s nose was in better harmony with her face. The nasal dorsum had a smooth, natural appearance after dorsal hump reduction, which markedly softened the patient’s profile. The nose also appears straighter after surgery. The nasal tip is refined and more symmetric. The patient was very happy with her results.
