This young female underwent open septorhinoplasty by Philadelphia Facial Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Anthony Corrado. The procedure sought to correct a large hump on her nasal dorsum(“bridge”) and provide conservative refinement of the nasal tip. Post procedure the patient was very happy with the results. The dorsum was smooth, while the tip refinement was very natural and in harmony with the rest of her nose.
