This young woman presented for cosmetic revision rhinoplasty. She had undergone rhinoplasty by another surgeon in the past and was unhappy with the cosmetic result. Specifically, the patient was unhappy with the wide appearance of the lower third of the nose. The tip appeared wide. There was marked supraalar fullness, as well as supratip fullness. She sought to have refinement of the lower third of the nose to allow the nose to be better balanced. Following surgery, note the nature refinement of the nose, which allowed the nasal subunits to be in better proportion. The patient was very pleased with her results.
