This young woman presented for nasal evaluation with Philadelphia ethnic rhinoplasty specialist, Dr. Anthony Corrado. The patient was unhappy with a dorsal hump (“bump on bridge of her nose”). She was also unhappy with the overly wide appearance of her nose, including a bulbous tip. She also felt the nasal tip was ptotic “droopy” and severely plunged when smiling. The patient sought to decrease the overall size of her nose to achieve a more delicate appearance. The patient underwent rhinoplasty surgery which included hump reduction,narrowing of the nose with nasal osteotomies,as well as enhancement of the nasal tip. The patient was very happy with her results and her new look.
