This gentleman was treated with septoplasty and rhinoplasty to correct nasal obstruction, reduce a dorsal hump, as well as elevate a ptotic (“droopy”) tip which plunged when he smiled. Following surgery, the patient achieved a smooth dorsum and improved profile.
