This gentleman of Hispanic descent presented for ethnic rhinoplasty consultation. The patient sought surgery to correct of a moderate dorsal hump, bulbous/droopy nasal tip, and wide nose. The patient desired an ethnic rhinoplasty which would help to correct major cosmetic nasal flaws, while still maintaining his ethnicity. The patient wanted an improved nasal appearance, but still wanted to look natural. Following ethnic rhinoplasty the dorsal hump was smoothed and the nasal dorsum was conservatively narrowed. Tip refinement helped to reduce an overly bulbous and drooping nasal tip, resulting in slimmer tip with better tip position. The patient was very happy with his results.
