This patient presented for cosmetic nasal evaluation. She was unhappy with the large dorsal hump on the bridge of her nose. She sought a smooth dorsum which appeared natural and not overdone. The patient underwent rhinoplasty with Philadelphia rhinoplasty surgeon, Dr. Anthony Corrado. Following surgery, the patient achieved a smooth nasal dorsum and overall a new nose which was in better proportion with her face.
