This young woman presented for cosmetic septorhinoplasty to correct cosmetic and functional nasal issues. The patient was unhappy with the moderate dorsal hump present on the nasal bridge. She was also unhappy with the shape of her nasal tip and the degree of tip projection. She also complained of obstructed nasal breathing. Following septorhinoplasty, the patient was able to achieve all cosmetic and functional goals. Note the smooth, feminine character of the nasal bridge, following dorsal convexity reduction. The nasal tip was softened and refined, and tip deprojection allowed the tip to sit closer to the face, allowing it to not appear so prominent. The patient was very pleased with her natural results.
