This young woman presented for cosmetic rhinoplasty to reduce the prominence of her nose, allowing it to be in better balance with the rest of her facial features. The patient was unhappy with the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge. She was also unhappy with the width of the nose and the appearance of the nasal tip. Following dorsal hump reduction, note the smooth appearance of the nasal dorsum. Also, notice the conservative tip refinement and overall improvements made to the nose. The patient was very happy with her aesthetic results.
