This young gentleman had rhinoplasty, septoplasty and inferior turbinate reduction performed by philadelphia facial plastic surgeon, Dr. Anthony Corrado. The rhinoplasty sought to correct the dorsal hump and provide him with conservative tip refinement, while still maintaining a masculine nose. Septoplasty and inferior turbinate reduction was performed to correct his nasal obstruction caused by a deviated septum and enlarged turbinates. Postoperatively, the patient was very pleased with the smooth character of his nasal dorsum and well as the minor tip modifications. He also is breathing much better after correction of his functional nasal obstruction.
