This patient presented for cosmetic and functional nasal evaluation. The patient suffered a broken nose as a child, but never had surgical correction to repair the fracture. She was unhappy with the crooked and depressed appearance of the nasal dorsum. She was unhappy with a dorsal hump (bump on nasal bridge). She also disliked the asymmetry present at the nasal tip. From a functional standpoint, she has always dealt with chronic nasal obstruction. The patient underwent rhinoplasty and septoplasty surgery, by top Philadelphia rhinoplasty surgeon Dr. Anthony Corrado. Following surgery, the patient was very pleased with her cosmetic results and her improved ability to breathe.
