This patient sought rhinoplasty to correct what she described as an “overly large nose” that was not in harmony with the rest of her facial features. She was treated with septoplasty and rhinoplasty to correct nasal obstruction, overly wide nose, dorsal hump, and asymmetric/bulbous tip.
