This young gentleman was unhappy with an overly wide nose and dorsal hump. He sought a natural result which would maintain both his ethnicity, as well as his masculine appearance. Rhinoplasty was performed resulting in a new nose which was more aesthetically pleasing without an “overdone” appearance. The patient was very pleased with his results.
