This patient came to Philadelphia’s top Facial Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Anthony Corrado, to correct cosmetic concerns regarding his nose. His goals with the procedure were to correct his large dorsal hump, bulbous tip, and ptotic (droopy) tip. While the patient sought out to improve the curvature of his nose, he wanted to preserve his masculine features. Dr. Corrado helped this patient reach his goals through rhinoplasty, after which the patient’s tip had been slightly rotated upwards and the dorsal hump was subtly reduced. Overall, the patient was happy that he was able to reach his cosmetic goals without forfeiting his masculine qualities.
