This patient came in to consult Dr. Anthony Corrado, ethnic rhinoplasty specialist, to address her various insecurities regarding her nose. The patient presented with a bulbous tip, wide bridge, and large dorsal hump (bump on bridge). These are very common issues for ethnic patients, who often desire cosmetic alterations without sacrificing their natural ethnic features. After rhinoplasty, this patient had a reduced dorsal hump and a more defined tip that was slightly rotated upward. These changes led to a youthful and happier appearance for the patient, without dramatically affecting the natural structure of her nose. The patient was extremely happy to have an enhanced profile that still reflected her ethnic background.
