This patient presented to the practice for a minimally invasive treatment that would provide her with complete facial rejuvenation. The patient displays facial volume loss in her before photos. Lack of facial volume is seen in the periorbital area, midface, as well as around the mouth. The patient has deepening of the nasolabial folds and marionette lines. Facial fat grafting was performed to add volume to the face lost with age. Augmentation of the midface and periorbital areas created a more youthful fullness in the cheek area, while also correcting the hollowed appearance in the lower lid area. Fat grafting also helped to smooth the nasolabial and marionette lines. The patient recovered very quickly from the procedure, and was very happy with her results. This procedure was performed under local anesthesia with mild sedation.
